Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the provision of tiling, renovation, building, paving, painting, plastering, stone cladding and related services by Yarona Tilling & Projects ("Yarona", "we", "us" or "our") to any client who requests a quote or engages our services ("you" or "the client").
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information and site details available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted following a site visit or if the scope of work changes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit required before work begins, will be agreed in writing before a project starts. Outstanding balances are due on completion of the agreed scope of work unless a different arrangement has been confirmed.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, material availability, site access and changes requested by the client. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.
Workmanship and Materials
We aim to deliver a professional standard of workmanship on every project. Materials supplied by the client are not covered by our workmanship guarantee. Any defects in our workmanship reported within a reasonable period after completion will be assessed and corrected at no additional cost.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, accurate information about the property, and timely decisions on any changes or approvals required to keep the project on schedule.
Cancellations and Changes
Either party may request changes to the agreed scope of work. Significant changes may affect price and timeline and will be confirmed before proceeding. Cancellations after work has started may be subject to charges for work completed and materials already procured.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yarona's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or issues outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
